Expanding upwards and outwards, this residential development in Rochdale was designed to create more space, better functionality, and a seamless blend of modern and traditional elements. The homeowners wanted to add a loft mezzanine for additional living space while extending the property to enhance the ground floor layout.
To make this ambitious design a reality, JPL Architectural Design handled the architectural vision, while PorthouseDean provided the structural expertise needed to ensure the home remained strong, safe, and fully compliant with Building Control.
