As well as the very detailed calculations and specifications, drawings and supporting documentation, Chris and the gang have held my hand on what started out as a quite straight forward knock through requiring to Beams circa 3m and 1 at 2.1M into a full double skin wall being removed and a 5.6m steel being specified with minimal piers. I was back and forward with suggestions and questions and to be honest I think I was a pain in the Butt, it did not phase the team, the were very quick to reply and keen to help with their own suggestions and then new calculations.
